Meet the team

Cheryl Breukelman, Principal

Cheryl is the founding of Epiphany, and a leadership coach with 20 years of business experience. Since 2001, she has coached hundreds of leaders and teams across a wide variety of industries including technology, accounting, law, education, health care and services.

Prior to coaching, Cheryl spent 10 years working at Microsoft Canada in various roles including: strategic initiatives, marketing, research and sales.

She received her Honours B.A from the University of Waterloo and marketing training through the Schulich School of Business at York University and the Burke Research Institute. She received her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and subsequently Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching through the Centre for Right Relationship.

What we’re doing in the community

MARS Apprentice, McMaster University DeGroote School of Business

We are proud sponsors of MARS Apprentice since 2005. We support students to grow and develop both their leadership and teaming skills by providing/volunteering our coaching services to participants and chairs in the form of team coaching, master classes and workshops. MARS Apprentice is a transformative learning experience centered around six case challenges in the fields of Marketing, Advertising, Retail and Sales. It has been connecting industry resources with student ingenuity for eleven years. The MARS Apprentice program was formed in order to bridge that gap by introducing real life business situations and challenges into a learning environment. At the conclusion of the program, the top-performing Apprentices are rewarded with cash prizes and internships. After the program, many Apprentices have gone on to be very successful, and credit MARS Apprentice with giving them the tools they needed to achieve their career goals in the real world.

Trees for the Future

We are a proud sponsors of Trees for Future since 2009. At Epiphany, we champion people and development. We donate the planting of FORESTS for community development in recognition of our clients’ commitment to growth and development of their own people every year. Trees for the Future has planted nearly 65 million trees in more than 12,000 villages in 23 countries around the world.
