Cheryl is the founding partner and leadership coach with 20 years of business experience. Since 2001, she has coached hundreds of leaders and teams across a wide variety of industries including technology, accounting, law, education, health care and services. Prior to coaching, Cheryl spent 10 years working at Microsoft Canada in various roles including: strategic initiatives, marketing, research and sales. She received her Honours B.A from the University of Waterloo and marketing training through the Schulich School of Business at York University and the Burke Research Institute. She received her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and subsequently Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching through the Centre for Right Relationship. She is pursuing her Master Certified Coach designation through ICF. Active in her community, she teaches at Mohawk College; is the Coach Sponsor for the McMaster University DeGroote School of Business MARS Apprentice Program, Past President of the Business Executives Organization, Bay Area Leadership Alumni and Founder of the Hamilton and Area Coaching Association.
