Janet Frood is an accomplished leader, a successful entrepreneur, and an internationally recognized executive, leadership and team coach.

Janet’s own accomplishments in her 20 years’ professional experience includes raising over $100 million for The University of Western Ontario, Victoria Hospital and St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, and owning two successful businesses. A signature of her career is being a pioneer of new processes and programs that have become industry best practices. She is acknowledged for her strategic capabilities and skills in helping individuals and organizations create compelling visions.
A graduate of Queen’s University and the Executive Leadership Program from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Janet has also achieved international credentials as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and is a Organizational Relationship and Systems Certified Coach through the Center for Right Relationship.
Janet is an authorized facilitator for the Team Coaching International’s Team Diagnostic Assessment. She is an active member of the International Coaches Federation, the Strategic Capability Network, the London Chamber of Commerce, TechAlliance, and is a faculty member of the Center for Right Relationship.
Her commitment to helping people make positive changes goes beyond her clients to include her community; she is currently a volunteer at the Institute for Women in Leadership at Bresica University College and a founding member of the Centre for Social Innovation London.
