As one of pioneer coaches in Japan, Miyuki Ochi has been coaching hundreds of business executives (mostly Japanese) on various themes such as leadership development, value, vision, mission, work-life balance, relationships, career, communication for these 12 years. Also as one of initial members to start up Coaches Training Institute Japan, she has been educating a thousand of coaches to be professional. She has been also active in designing and delivering communication trainings for the specific needs of the client corporations since 1998, when she started her own company. Before becoming independent, at Motorola Japan, her experiences include; an internal instructor of “Effective Dialogue” collaborated with MIT, corporate vision/culture development program, long-range business planning and media training for top executives.
