Simon is a partner and leadership coach. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in management, technology and training to his clients.
Prior to coaching, he headed up the new Canadian organization for a software company in the education market. He has been a top performing sales professional in the technology and education fields in both the U.S. and Canada over the last 10 years. At Microsoft, he worked in a variety of technical and sales consultant roles.
Simon has also worked in the adult education field as a trainer, developer and senior manager to the training and development team. Simon as a technology enthusiast was an early advocate of both web technology in the early ‘90’s and e-learning shortly thereafter.
As a lifelong learner, Simon completed a year long Leadership program through CTI in 2008. He received his B.A. from Carleton University and has completed Masters level courses in Education through the University of Calgary. One of his primary interests is travel, having lived in Hiroshima and Boston.
