Cheryl Breukelman, Coach and Partner
Optimist – Cheryl is a strategic and results-focused leadership coach. Her 20 years of business experience and her enthusiasm for working with people make her an insightful and impactful coach.
She has coached hundreds of leaders and teams across industries including technology, retail, manufacturing, accounting, law, education, health care and services.
Prior to coaching, Cheryl spent 10 years at Microsoft Canada in roles including strategic initiatives, marketing, research and sales. Cheryl received her Honours B.A. from the University of Waterloo and marketing training through the Schulich School of Business at York University and the Burke Research Institute. She received her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and subsequently Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching through the Centre for Right Relationship. She is pursuing her Master Certified Coach designation through ICF.
Cheryl is the Past President of the Business Executives Organization, Bay Area Leadership Alumni and was the Founder of the Hamilton and Area Coaching Association Cheryl lives with her husband and children, in Hamilton, Ontario.
Simon Geoghegan, Coach and Partner

He has coached and led workshops for hundreds of leaders in more than 50 organizations across industries, including technology, marketing, services, retail, finance, pharma, manufacturing, education, government and health care.
Before discovering coaching, Simon spent 8 years with Microsoft Canada in key sales and marketing roles. He served as a leader in training and development companies. In Canada and the USA and worked overseas in Hiroshima. Simon received his B.A. from Carleton University and his Masters levels courses from University of Calgary. He has completed the CTI Leadership Program and is working on his Master Certified Coach designation through ICF. He has also been trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching by CRR.
Simon is active in his community, volunteers with Out of the Cold and Design Hope and the Hamilton CarShar He lives with his wife and 3 sons in Hamilton,Ontario.
Marie-Claude Cantin, Client Services Director
Entrepreneurial – Marie-Claude lives and breathes an honest and challenging approach to coaching. She believes in building from a place of strength.
Marie-Claude started her career in Quebec City working as an online marketing manager for Cossette Communications Marketing pioneering the integration of online marketing into the global marketing campaign. She moved on to Microsoft as a product and partner manager. She has completed her CTI Co-Active Training Program. She is fluent in French and English, volunteers to raise money from the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society. MC lives in Brampton with her husband and 2 kids.
Rhoda Burwash, Manager, Operations
Organizer – Rhoda is a master of systems and organization.
Before joining Epiphany, Rhoda worked in the Organizational Development department for Canadian Blood Services supporting major development projects across the country and a team of facilitators. Her experience coordinating development projects, her tech savvy, her flair for designing and building internal systems to support great execution is put to great use at Epiphany. Rhoda lives in Hamilton with her husband and son.
Shannon Jones, Coach

Fernando Lopez, Coach
Collaborative – Fernando is an expert in organization and relationship systems coaching and helping leaders create alliances. He delights when clients create alliances in the unlikeliest of scenarios.
He is part of the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Center for Right Relationship (CRR). Fernando coaches in both English and Spanish, and works with clients in North America, Latin America and Europe. Miyuki Ochi, Coach
Pioneering – As a pioneer coach in Japan, Miyuki Ochi has coached hundreds of business executives (mostly Japanese) on various themes such as leadership development, value, vision, mission, work-life balance, relationships, career, communication for these 12 years.
She is one of the initial members to start up Coaches Training Institute Japan where she has been educating thousands of coaches. She has been also active in designing and delivering communication trainings for the specific needs of client corporations since 1998, when she started her own company.
Before becoming independent, at Motorola Japan, her experiences include; an internal instructor of “Effective Dialogue” collaborated with MIT, corporate vision/culture development program, long-range business planning and media training for top executives.
Sonja Bichsel, Coach
Creative – Sonja comes to coaching after extensively working with global leaders at the World Economic Forum, working on strategy development to achieve global change and gaining insight on developing leadership capability.
Prior to that, Sonja worked with the Creative City Network of Canada and the Centre for Media Art and Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany.
