Prior to coaching, Cheryl spent 10 years at Microsoft Canada in roles including strategic initiatives, marketing, research and sales. Cheryl received her Honours B.A. from the University of Waterloo and marketing training through the Schulich School of Business at York University and the Burke Research Institute. She received her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and subsequently Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching through the Centre for Right Relationship. She is pursuing her Master Certified Coach designation through ICF.
Cheryl is the Past President of the Business Executives Organization, Bay Area Leadership Alumni and was the Founder of the Hamilton and Area Coaching Association Cheryl lives with her husband and children, in Hamilton, Ontario.

Before discovering coaching, Simon spent 8 years with Microsoft Canada in key sales and marketing roles. He served as a leader in training and development companies. In Canada and the USA and worked overseas in Hiroshima. Simon received his B.A. from Carleton University and his Masters levels courses from University of Calgary. Marie-Claude started her career in Quebec City working as an online marketing manager for Cossette Communications Marketing pioneering the integration of online marketing into the global marketing campaign.
