Good coaches are always looking to better themselves. Fortunately, Epiphany Coaches offers coaching improvement programs and workshops to help with that. Coaching workshops provide opportunities to learn together, exchange ideas, and build community by addressing common issues. Our workshops help leaders develop skills and explore new mindsets and techniques that build relationships and drive stronger results.

 

Many of the principles and approaches we use in our executive coaching programs are also leveraged when designing our coaching workshops, keynotes, and event programming.

Our coaching workshops are as interactive and experiential as possible: leaders can expect a combination of reflection, group discussion and exercises that will spark new thinking and help them identify opportunities.

Coaching workshops are a great way to reinforce overall values in the organization and strengthen skills important to the leadership team.

    Although there are countless ways that workshops can be used effectively, a few of the more common situations we see are:

    • When multiple leaders in the organization have been facing similar issues, a custom workshop can be built to address these problems and develop skills to better lead around these issues.
    • When there has been change in the organization, workshops can be a valuable way to bring everyone together and prepare them to lead through change effectively.
