Instead of relying on fancy algorithms, we handpick a pool of coaches and invite your leaders to have chemistry calls to find the perfect human match. Your leaders decide when their coaching sessions happen, and we even offer unlimited laser coaching calls in between. Everything from the program structure to the materials is customized just for you. We know senior leaders have a lot on their plate, so we make their coaching experience as flexible and easy as possible.

Our coaching team is certified on a wide variety of assessments so we can bring the right tool to each leader. Relevant and reliable reporting is key. We are guided by 3 principles to bring you the best value. First, we collaborate with you to provide the reports and metrics that matter to you. Next, we build in opportunities to share feedback between the leaders and managers for stronger alignment. Lastly, we know experimentation is key to growth in coaching so instead of session-by-session reporting, we carefully choose our approach to ensure safety and reliability so you get meaningful metrics. From monthly usage reports to trend reports, check ins, pulses, final surveys and scorecards, we bring you what you want.

Launch!
We host a live or digital kick-off event to meet leaders, share program information and ensure a strong start. Leaders access onboarding materials including our "What is Coaching?" video and any pre-work and assessments on our coaching platform. A strong start is linked to strong results.
Coach Selection
Leaders choose their own coach from a customized pool of our experienced coaches on our coaching platform. Leaders can view coach bios and conduct chemistry calls to ensure a strong coach-client fit. Once selected, they are automatically connected to their coach. Our Coach Fit Guarantee ensures every leader has a great fit.
Core Coaching Delivery
Leaders and coaches partner together on the coaching journey. Leaders choose their own goals and timing for the sessions, yet programs are guided by a framework and feedback from managers and HR. Leaders gain insight in their sessions and then experiment with specific action items between sessions. Programs can include coaching sessions plus assessments & reports, manager feedback sessions, laser coaching, and post-session resources.
Reporting
We collaborate to create the right metrics and reports for you to measure the value and impact of coaching. We provide engagement reports, organizational insights, survey results and scorecards to measure your program’s success. We also debrief with you regularly for learning and alignment.
