This article about the Pittsburgh Pirates new mental conditioning coach really intrigued me.  I saw parallels to my coaching clients in the business world: the higher they go, the more stress they endure and the more important managing their mental condition becomes.  It is not just about how they well perform a task any more, but how they manage the stress in the highly charged political environment of business.
